now my 2000 chrysler sebring LX 4-dr 4-cyl. the dash board is completely dead, indicator lights, guages don't work and the transmission won't shift out of low gear. is there some computer that controlls the shifting of gears? i really need my car to get to work which is mostly freeway driving and i can't drive reliable on the freeway speeds in 2nd gear! LOL... somebody help!

Ok.. my 5 year old started pre-k this year. We do NOT swear at home. He does NOT watch TV programs that have swears. The teacher keeps my boy, and Chris seperate during cl and lunch, but can't keep them seperate on the playground. Chris was sent home from school today, but my boy was not. This was basically our last warning about my son, and after this, he will be sent home as well, and possibly suspended. The teacher has called every day for 3 days now. The first day, i sent him to his room for an hour, and after, i talked to him about his wrong behavior. The second day, i sent him to his room, paddled him, AND his dad had a heated discussion with him. Today is the 3rd day, and he isn't yet home from school... what do I DO? and groundation in the room obviously aren't working....

i hear that repetition is the best way of learning,but personally i learn quite slower than others. Knee is swollen and i Cant bend it all the way back.?

In march 2008 i broke my femur. the part that is like two knobs. well i broke it down the middle like right there. i had sury and wore a cast for 2 weeks or whatever. the went to crutches for a month or so. about a month ago me and my dad were messing around and i feel on it and it go all swollen really squishy like. but went back to normal after a week or two. now i started getting into skateboarding again. and i have been ollieing, kickflips, ramps. and going to the skatepark. out of random my knee is doing it again! its not as swollen as it was before but it is puffy and i cant bend it all the way back. whats causing this?

Clutch master cylinder was low on fluid. Filled oil, tested, no change. Did not observe an oil leak at the master cylinder. Before it went out reverse was occasionally hard to get into.

9 yr old daughter has shingles?

My daughter has been diagnoised with shingles. It started as a rash on her back and now has moved to her chest. The blistering rash is approximatley 6x4 on her back! She is on megadoses of antivirals and now on Lortab for the pain. Even taking 10/500 Lortab she still has break through pain. Due to her age this is the max dosage for her. It knocks her out so bad! Should it cost more to build a foundation for a new addition when only 2 walls are needed to meet 2 existing?

We don't really need more basement at present, but fear the repercussions of putting a new addition over a crawlspace or pilings, only to later wish we had the basement....but...2 local contractors rudely gave the same quick guess of $15K. One of them also provided this: "concrete $13 a ft, block $8 each, and you can figure it out yourself". So, I tried that and came up with only $4K, add maybe $2k for footings, and that's only 6k---so? As I told them: we want to add a 15x10 addition and this will fill in the empty corner of an L-shaped house, so we only need 2 new walls. I can understand the issue of mating a new full height basement to the existing 6 ft. basement, but even they dismissed that as some simple benching. It would seem they simply figured $100/sq. ft. for the 150 sq.ft. addition. With the details the one guy gave me I umed he meant $13/ sq. ft. concrete (i.e. floor) and for blocks I used 8ft as the height, and this only gave the forementioned 4k. How to calculate?

Black LIke Me Book Questions? Help!?

I read the book and it incredibly boring to me. The idea was riveting but the execution was lackluster and anti climactic to say the least. In reading it I got the feeling his motives were to go down there and prove that whites were so gentile in the deep south in the 1950's, and when somethin did happen that he observed-some degredation towards blacks the author wrote from a sympathetic white viewpoint towards the particular offender & said things like "oh, that was uncalled for", or "He (offender) didn't have to do that". I felt no strong emotions in this book...it was just MEH for me. Meh. Long story short, the book was so boring I can't even remember the plot points anymore. TERRIBLE BOOK.

He begins to suffer from Manic Depression and rather early signs of Schizophrenia, overtime a group known as "The Agency" (a mix between the CIA and KGB) begin to watch him knowing that he's showing signs of being disfunctional in "The Society" (overall the world is full of large connected cities with tall skyscrs and glittering lights as ad's hover from the sky connected on large transport ships, men's focus on Science and perfection have shaped a world of rather "perfection" in both body and mind, those who arn't are either killed or forced into the "Lower Cl" which makes up over 50% of the population, the sea's are limited which force men to travel to the many moons of the planet known as "Hollis, which is the planet humanity resides on" to obtain water, as organizations grow, factories are built as they begin to poison the new world, the skies become a rather darkish, orange taint, the weather that of mostly rainy due to the many pollutions in the sky) Issac's world is that of one without Religon, Science as a dominate idea, hovering cars to the Upper Cl, cybernatics in both limbs in complete bodies, the Lower Cl living in broken down apartment complexes with broken windows as some even live togather with different families, those who have shown signs of "Resistance" or "Higher thinking" are either shunned into small cities made out of junk and trash that reside in the countryside or on other moons, the government (at first) rules as a rather Monarchy, overtime Isaac is taken from his residence by "The Agency" and is taken to a moon known as "Watergate" which is a government run "Institutaion" where Isaac is brainwashed. i have the same car with a jvc deck that has an auxilary input so i can play my zune through it. i also have 2 boston acoustic 6x9s in the back, kinda pricy but very good speakers, the 6x9s have the 300 watt dual amp from walmart hooked to them. i also have a quantum audio 15 sub in the back with a rockford forsgate prime 500watt amp hooked to it. if u dont really know anything about systems, maybe u should just get some better 6x9s and some new door speakers as well as a new radio because it does make a difference n sound, with and aux input so u can use ur ipod. also u may want to mess around with the equilizer on ur ipod if it has it, so it will sound better. good luck cant really tell u anything else but to make some friends who know about car audio.

They raise bull mastiff's and also have a German Shepard. Two of these dogs are totally out of control and have begun killing other animals. As rude as it may seem, if I were you, I would force my way in. If he tells you that you can't sit with him and your step-mom when you eat, sit down with them anyway. When he's sitting around doing nothing, sit with him and talk to him. He might eventually get the point. After all, he's YOUR dad. You were there before your step-mom came into the picture, so he shouldn't leave you hanging like that. You, your brother, and your sister should be his top priority. If he's been doing this for so long, it seems like he doesn't care about you guys much. In his case, you reap what you sow.

I never had a horrible fall. The worst I ever had was when I was loping my horse . She has this problem of trying to go to the gate so I was trying to get her turning before we approached it but she thought of still going to the gate so I fell off. Ok so I have a laptop and an I-touch. My mom let's my bro play on them whenever he wants because she made me make her an a count on it. And then with my I-touch , I can lock it but she finds out my pword somehow and still let's my brother use it. Sleepless 9 yr old with autism/tourette's, anyone tried melatonin?

My 9 yr old son has a difficult time getting to bed. We have a nightly routine of bath, book, all that stuff. He is autistic and tourette's syndrome. If your engine didn't develop any new problems as a result of the test, then I'd say your lucky, and your compression readings look good to me. Check the proper procedure for terminating the high voltage ignition coil output when cranking the engine with any spark plug wires disconnected. Otherwise you can damage the ignition module or ignition coil. Maybe you could change your fuel filter next time or pull the fuel pump fuse etc so that you wouldn't need to disconnect the fuel injectors uming you were concerned about flooding the cylinders with fuel.

Apparently, my roommate thought it would be funny to put some kind of superglue on the computer chair. I didn't notice this until I tried to stand up. Unfortunately, my university bolts down all furniture to make sure nobody steals it at the end of the semester. I cannot wriggle out of my pants without ripping them (trust me, I have been trying for the past 45 minutes). The phone is out of reach and I'm not going to yell for help. The only things within reach are this computer, three pens, scotch tape, my roommate's wallet, and my iPod. Can somebody figure out a way to get me out of here??

I had appendicitis, and an appendectomy march 7th 2008. Ever since then, I have constant sharp pain located around my lower ribs on the right side of my abdomen. I feel nausea all the time, and immediately after a meal, usually while I'm still eating, the pain gets REALLY bad even into the lower part right side abdomen, with diaherrhea. But constantly hurts in the upper right soda of my abd.. No fever no vomitting..what could this possibly be? I'm 25 year old female. Never had any problem before this. Thanks in advance.

Why am i given aripiprazole as sole therapy.Have i got schizophrenia or bi-polar?

i have been suffering from or diagnosed as having anxiety and depression for over 10 years. (26 years age)Yesterday, i went to another doc.Now, i am given ARIPIPRAZOLE as sole medication for my problem, NOT in conjunction with antidepressants!! But i dont have and NEVER had symptoms like delusions, hallucinations etc. Then why am i given aripiprazole which is mainly used for treating schizophrenia?? I am MORE depressed and anxious now then ever for being treated for schizophrenia. :-( I dont have any MANIC kind of thing either. Will aripiprazole lead me to having schiphrenia for REAL, if i keep taking it?? Or can it be that the diagnosis itself was wrong??If you think so, what should i do? THANK YOU.

first off before you get self righteous on me i know a 10 gallon isnt big enough this isnt my first rodeo with fish except parrots so before you start cussing and telling me i need to get a bigger tank and so forth i already know i'm just waiting for a couple more days to get it and now on with the show i have 2 parrotfish neither one wants to eat that i'm seeing i clean there tank and the ph ammonia and everything is right but they just sit around one at the bottom one at the top of the water is this normal because its been a little over a month and it doesnt seem like anythings wrong with them except where i dont see them eating also what is good to feed them i've been trying bloodworms shrimp ect. thought maybe that might be it i just wanted to make sure and i should have there new home up and running in a week thanks for any help in addition there jellybean parrotfish dont know if that makes a difference or not i tried the 25-30 water change havent had a chance to check the rest

Could my rabbit be pregnant?

My rabbit is normally a calm placid female, who came from a litter that we bred ourselves. In the litter, there was 4 bunnies, 2 males, and 2 females. One of the females, being my rabbit now. They are now about 15 weeks old. We gave away one female, and one male, and were left with one female, my bunny, and one male. They were living with each other, until obviously, we had to seperate them. We split them into different hutches when they were exactly 10 weeks old. Now, my rabbit's belly is very hard, I saw movement and wiggling in her belly, lately she has been very frightened and wide-eyed, and she has grunted at me 6 times in the space of 20 minutes. I already know that the normal gestation period for a bunny is up to 35 days, but I'm sure she would be around 40 days. Is there a chance she could be pregnant?
