I cant have an anymore!?

Me and my bf are both 24 and have been together for 2 and a half years. We have always had an excellent life but lately I can't . Last night it was really akward and I feel like it causing a drift between us! I have started a new stressful job but when I use a vibrator I have no problem achieving ! What's wrong!!!
