If any dr.'s avail., please read..are thease normal symptoms following appendectomy?2 weeks later..?

I had appendicitis, and an appendectomy march 7th 2008. Ever since then, I have constant sharp pain located around my lower ribs on the right side of my abdomen. I feel nausea all the time, and immediately after a meal, usually while I'm still eating, the pain gets REALLY bad even into the lower part right side abdomen, with diaherrhea. But constantly hurts in the upper right soda of my abd.. No fever no vomitting..what could this possibly be? I'm 25 year old female. Never had any problem before this. Thanks in advance.
