Itchy, blistery ?

I have searched all over the internet and no luck. could someone please help. I am 35 years old and i had to have a hysterectomy 5 years ago. I was taking premarin but for the last two years all i take is estroven. For the last couple of weeks i have noticed that my feel hard,heavy,sore and itchy.A few day's ago i noticed that i have what looks like blisters all over my .I normally have a mamogram once yearly but haven't had on in almost 2 years. Does it sound like it could be serious.I have alway's had discharge from my but i haven't noticed any change. please help.
