What does this us history question mean?? need help?

The triangular trade route begins at the east coast of the united states, went to africa to pick up slaves, then to the west indies to make them work and grow sugar crop, and finally back to the united states where they can sell the extra slaves and get rich. hope this is a little easier than your textbook!
