How can I get my phone out reinstated?

I had my voice account stopped after my bank screwed up and report my card as hot. I got that straightened out but Yahoo cut me off and refuses to answer any e-mail I have sent. I have tried 4 times to get this resolved with their complaint or error center without any response. Do I just give up or what?
