"stabilized liquid oxygen" a scam? does it have any health benefits?

i am talking specifically of the kind made of sodium chlorite. i've seen lots of positive reviews about it and also negative. i heard vets use it to treat fungus and such in animals. does it really increase the oxygen level of our blood if we drink it? thanks for any input!
