Equation for circle cirference?

There are two equations for cirference of a circle, one is measured in degrees and the other is measured in radians. I know one equation is C= 2(pi)(radius).... but I'm not sure if this is the one for degrees, radians or neither. Anyone know? Will vote best answer for someone who can give me both equations. Thanks.
