My 2002 Honda Acord keeps rolling back when whenever I'm on an incline,shifting my foot from brake to gas .

an automatic will resist a fall back but only to about a 4 percent grade. no one knows their car better than an owner. if you have noticed a big difference over time to fall back. then you might have a trans starting to slip. some models do have adjustments for the clutch bands for the planetary gears (yes automatics have something called clutch bands). you can do it your self but it requires a repair book and special tools. a tough challenge if you have never done it. if you feel its a real problem you can have a trans shop check it out $$$. 16 yrs ASE cert. retired
