My teacher sucks at her job.?

I'm taking German in Ninth Grade at my school, and my teacher sucks. She seriously gave up yesterday and stopped teaching and let us do whatever we want. A lot of people cheat on tests, except I can't, she moved me right next to her desk because I laughed at a joke some kid made. -_- I am failing that cl with a 52 or a 42, I'm not too sure, but I'm not alone in failing. The whole cl almost is failing her cl. I haven't learned anything, because she doesn't teach, but when she igns, I partner up with my friend, who got the teacher edition book. Which is probably the only way I'll ever learn it. I asked her for help, and she just told me the directions.. I was like wtf?! I wrote a paper on Europa Europa, and I wrote "see his d!ck every other scene" and "totally random how he just banged that old chick on the train" and she gave me my paper back as a 100? Like, dude! What can I do so I dont fail this cls? Help. I really want to switch out but I cant. People told the sub today how sucky she was of a teacher and that she doesnt teach us anything. HELP!
