Complicated...2 Boys?

So I love a boy.I love him very much.But I don`t really know if he has the same feelings.And a boy showed that loves me bt didn`t tell.How can I make him to show his feelings?I`m mad on him because he knew that I hate spiders and he scared me putting one on my face.So,then I thinik he tried to tell me that.He tried to kiss me.But after he tought that I`ll be too angry to listen to what he says.But I can`t talk to him anymore.Which is the right choice?Who I love or who love`s me?
