I just dropped my brand new $100 textbook in the TOILET! what am i supposed to do now?

See look, you're already learning things after just 4 hours. Always close the lid on the seat after using the toilet, the subject of an etiquette question earlier. The water damaged book shouldn't be repaired, it should serve as a reminder to be careful and/or a conversation piece. No you should not be able to get a refund or exchange. Who else should have to read your piss-poor crrap excuse for a textbook? Out of curiosity, what subject was so enthralling, you couldn't wait to finish your business before getting back to your studies?
