Engine compression test on a 00 SATURN SL1 did i do it right and is my engine good?

If your engine didn't develop any new problems as a result of the test, then I'd say your lucky, and your compression readings look good to me. Check the proper procedure for terminating the high voltage ignition coil output when cranking the engine with any spark plug wires disconnected. Otherwise you can damage the ignition module or ignition coil. Maybe you could change your fuel filter next time or pull the fuel pump fuse etc so that you wouldn't need to disconnect the fuel injectors uming you were concerned about flooding the cylinders with fuel.
