Will they deport the one bridge victim's wife?

One of the Minneapolis bridge victims was an illegal immigrant from Mexico. His wife admitted they have been here illegally for ten years. Shouldn't she be deported? I mean, there's no insurance money, no pension, no income, and since she is illegal, she should not get federal or state aid. So should she get shipped back?
