Why I love the health care reform bill just ped by the US Senate?

Because now maybe I can afford health insurance. President Obama is taking care of ALL Americans by ping a law to force rich Americans to subsidize my health insurance premiums. Now if our amazing president can tax luxuries such as diamond and gold jewelry, big vehicles, big houses, vacations, big televisions, expensive clothes and purses, expensive shoes, then maybe my health care will be completely paid for by the rich folks.
