Smokin weed and strep throat?

so im basically a pot head and i smoke weed pretty much all day everyday and i just woke up with strep throat and want nothing more then to just get zooted right now. iv had strep throat a couple times and im sure thats what it is. i was reading some other forums and and couldnt find a definitive answer. i understand thc affects ur immune system but since i already smoke weed so much could not smoking weed durring this time actualy be that bad since there is already so much thc in my body anyway? now i dont want a bunch of crazy ideas or schemes like putting peppermint leaves in a joint. i just wana know if itll be that bad if i smoke weed while i have this strep throat? (which by the way isnt that bad at all just a little sore and i have the visible white bumps)
