Problems with installing free applications onto my iTouch?

The App Store is part of iTunes. In order to download any content from it, even the free apps, you must first register and have a iTunes account. Once you have an iTunes account you will be asked to sign in. You might have to plug your iTouch into your computer with iTunes to sync up the device to your account.
