What is needed when upgrading your rims? (99' Mustang v6)?

so if your putting 18s on you stang all you need is rims,rubber,lugs(locking on each) i would suggest getting some harder pads just cause you trying to stop a larger wheel and most the time youll pay 120-200 per rim for 18s anywhere . i paid roughly 700 just for my sumo tires 17s on cobra rims i sugg you get a rim tire package its cheaper in most cases.
