Help! LITERALLY Stuck!?

Apparently, my roommate thought it would be funny to put some kind of superglue on the computer chair. I didn't notice this until I tried to stand up. Unfortunately, my university bolts down all furniture to make sure nobody steals it at the end of the semester. I cannot wriggle out of my pants without ripping them (trust me, I have been trying for the past 45 minutes). The phone is out of reach and I'm not going to yell for help. The only things within reach are this computer, three pens, scotch tape, my roommate's wallet, and my iPod. Can somebody figure out a way to get me out of here??
