Ever since my double ear infections 6 months ago my ears have been leaking clear fulid?

It's usually only when I first wake up in the morning and after I drink something. It tickles really bad so my first reaction is to put my finger in my ear but it just feels really wet and it's clear. It doesn't have an oder either. Just this last week I've been having really mild head aches. I have taken 600-800 mg of ibprophen and it doesn't seem to take my slight head ache away and it lasts all day long....which I thought was very unusual cause it usually the medicine always works! I have called a nurses hotline and she told me to see a doctor but it's not that easy under the cirstances I"m in and I can't exacly go unless I feel it's life threaening. I have heard some horor stories about brain fluid leaking out of the nostrals....can that same thing be happening to me and how would I really know?
